{ Memorial Day beach day last weekend with my OG girl Lucy }

Tony officially went on hiatus today, and we are going on a date tonight. Like, a real actual date. Like, I’m going to shower. Maybe even wash my hair, we’ll see, who knows. Definitely wear a dress because I’m scared to know whether or not my pants fit right now. Tomorrow, Tony is going to a theme park with his bros, and my plan is to go to a Korean spa by myself and let a stranger scrub my skin off. I need to take a chill pill. (JK I’m already popping chill pills called Xanax like candy. Thinking about storing them in a Pez machine, just to make it fun.) This week continued last week’s level of bonkers, and I’m excited to hopefully share some big news next week if everything goes well this weekend – and if not, I will write about how it all fell apart. (Xanax.) I know I’m being like one of those awful people on Facebook who’s like “I HAVE THE BEST NEWS BUT I CAN’T TELL YOU WHAT,” but I really don’t want to jinx anything so thank you for bearing with my grossness. In the meantime, here’s what I’m grateful for this week… I hope you guys have a happy weekend with as much wine guzzling as I am planning for myself!

The rousing ball game that wakes me up every morning.

My business cards, to make me look like a real human grown up who functions in society! Tony got them for me as a birthday gift and they finally arrived. I’m so excited.

Discovering these gems while doing a deep clean of our house.

Also discovering this box of douches my mom gave me when I went off to college during above mentioned deep clean.

All of the pizza Tony brought home from a food truck on set. I didn’t take a picture because I ate it too fast, but I would like to share that two of the pieces had macaroni & cheese on top. (I ate six pieces total. Don’t judge. It’s been A WEEK.)

Cherries being in season.

Seeing this display of fancy candy, and possessing enough willpower not to buy any. (Still went home and ate a box of chocolate covered blueberries from Trader Joe’s. It all evens out, I guess.)

gratitude list

Watching Tony eat a bowl of melted cheese for lunch.

Watching Lucy have the best day of her life at the beach over the long weekend.

    I’m so excited for your news! I’ve been reading your stuff all spring and dying to comment, but I always read off my school computer on my breaks and they don’t allow comments :( And the business cards are adorable!
