TONY AND I ARE MOVING! (Only 15 min away. Relax. I'm being melodramatic.) We are so excited! It is still in the hills, but closer to civilization. According to friends, we will no longer "live deep in the woods." We will have cell phone reception. Uber and pizza delivery guys will be able to find us. And we will live in a baby-friendly home that is not what all of my mom friends affectionately refer to as a "death trap," like our current place with stairs in every room and industrial railings. (Take a chill pill, Mom and Moms-In-Law - I am not pregnant yet. Nor am I planning to be anytime soon, even though Tony texts me a baby emoticon with a question mark every day. I drank a bottle of champagne solo last night to soothe my nerves.) But when we are ready to expand our family (perhaps to a few more dogs), it is a family friendly house with a big yard that is (hopefully) coyote-proof. It was built in 1939 and was designed by Paul R. Williams. If you don't know who he is, do yourself a favor and read about this incredible architectural pioneer.
