Channeling Elvis today with these blue suede shoes… It makes me feel like I’m winning at life when I get compliments on items that I got for a steal, and these Jessica Simpson heels get more attention than my most expensive bag. Several of my girlfriends and I are in mutual agreement that, in general, Jessica Simpson’s line is the most comfortable (not to mention among the most affordable) when it comes to heels. And because I am a selfless person, I’ve even offered myself up as a “crash test dummy” of sorts, and can tell you from experience that it is even possible to run in them after a few drinks! (Not advisable. Just possible.)

I love this pair because they are casual enough to add a pop of color to the basic jeans and tee combo, or can dress up a LBD and make it stand out. I’m the type of person who believes in celebrating birthdays for an entire month, so I’m applying that sensibility to my wedding as well and am excited to celebrate the tradition of wearing “something blue” with these at my bridal shower, bachelorette party or maybe even our rehearsal dinner!
