I woke up thinking today was Monday, so things started off on a great note when I realized I was actually two days closer to the weekend than I thought. Tony and I have been like ships passing in the night this week, and so far the highlight was on the real Monday night, when I came home from a workout and found that Tony had cooked dinner for us (homemade fried chicken with Greek yogurt instead of buttermilk in the batter, and whole wheat breadcrumbs. SO GOOD.) Here are the other distractions getting me through the week…
