I wore this top out to dinner last night, and realized that I never shared the fashion photo shoot I forced Tony to perform back when we were in Vancouver. But this is a great transitional piece for fall, especially since Los Angeles’ weather has been pretty bipolar over the past few days (plus, isn’t it summer in Australia now? Just trying to be considerate of my worldwide readers. If I have any). I love the off-shoulder look, but in black and with sleeves long enough to cover the chicken-cutlet portion of my arms, I’m dragging this summery look into November and I think it works. (Don’t tell me otherwise, because I had a rough morning and ONLY WANT COMPLIMENTS. Please & thank you. This is totally like one of those obnoxious Facebook posts where someone vaguely writes “Hard day. Send prayers” but then won’t tell you what’s actually going on, because really they just want attention. And also, I know I have a great husband and three dogs and all of my legs and arms and hair, so everything is fine.)

I wore it with boots last night, but featured here are my favorite sandals that Maggie chewed up a few weeks ago. So, this is also a goodbye to these sandals; Sandals, you stood by me for all sorts of blogger photos this summer. I loved you and am sorry your days ended in Maggie-barf. IS IT FRIDAY YET?????
