I've lived in our house since January of 2010, and fell in love with it partly because of its open floor plan and giant picture windows. But, because I've lived there so long, I outgrew my 23-year-old decorating taste... Which was primarily driven by studs. Studded everything. I called it "Old Hollywood Glamour," but looking at it now, it strikes me as more "Kardashian Glamour." The accent walls were a burnt orange when I moved in, and one of the first changes I made was painting them bright blue. When Tony and I got engaged years later, it seemed like a good time to make a style change to go along with this new chapter in our life together. And to lose a few of the studs and make it look like a man also lived there. WE'RE MARRIED!!!!!!!!! I still can't believe it. Tony and I drove back to Los Angeles from Lake Tahoe last night, and both of us kept saying that it feels like we're playing house. We giggle every time we say "husband" or "wife." We leave for our honeymoon tonight and there is just too much to say and too many emotions to process for me to really write about the wedding yet... Plus, I still have to do laundry, pack and see if I can get my husband (HUSBAND!) to help me laser my bikini line (TMI!) So, I'm going to rip myself off and share what I wrote on my personal Facebook page yesterday, along with all of my favorite pictures from the days leading up to and following the wedding!
