Made chocolate chip banana bread this AM because, you know, whatever New Year’s Resolutions. I mostly followed this recipe, except I subbed in almond milk for the orange juice because I forgot to buy orange juice, and a full 12 oz. bag of chocolate chips instead of 3 TBSP because come on, only 3 TBSP? And… It. Is. Delicious. (Took an extra 20 minutes to cook. Maybe because of the almond milk improvisation? Maybe because I significantly altered the chocolate quotient for the better? Don’t know, but this sucker took its time. Worth it!) Happy weekend, beautiful people!
