Coachella is coming up next weekend and, while Tony and I aren’t going (too much money, dirt, heat, sun and people), I’m all about dressing like I’m going. Our friend Justin is much cooler than we are and invited us to Topshop‘s Stillhouse Original Moonshine Coachella event at the Grove last night, where I had the luxury of sipping some sort of peach tea liquor combo (it was so good I don’t even remember what, exactly, it was) while a fabulous personal shopper named Gio told me I was pretty and picked out things for me to wear. I felt like a hipster Cinderella, only instead of a glass slipper, I was trying on cut-off shorts and crop tops. (Also, the glass slipper fit Cinderella. The cut-off shorts did not fit me. Cursing all the frosting I’ve been eating lately. Ate cheese fries after anyway because I have no willpower. The wedding is less than four months away.) And at the end of the night, my personal Prince Charming Tony surprised me by buying my favorite outfits… My kind of night!
