Tony and I got to be special guests on this week's episode of Anne Lane and Stephanie Ritter's Dogs We Saw This Week podcast, "Playing Hard To Pet." They are two funny ladies who love dogs but do not own dogs, so they get together to discuss and rate the dogs they see each week. Listen to hear about the 5 hours I spent stalking puppies on the Paramount lot, Tony's favorite cats to follow on Instagram and Lucy, Tippi and Maggie being Very Good Dogs while we recorded in our living room. If you want pics (of us and our dogs podcasting, or any dog Anne and Stephanie have seen in real life or on the internet, email them at [email protected]!) View Article

Tony and I got back from Davis last night, just in time to perform in two shows - him in American Town Hall and me in Bad Company at The Groundlings. (Is that grammar correct? I don't know. We were out celebrating/eating cheese fries until 2am and I haven't had my coffee yet. Mom will email me to let me know if it's not.) Both shows were a stupid amount of fun. As was our trip to Davis... We got to spend some much-needed quality time with my family, check lots off the wedding To Do list, and eat so much you'd never know I recently suffered through a juice cleanse and Tony suffered through a wicked bout of food poisoning. I'd like to say I'm going to chase down the wagon and crawl back onto it immediately, but the truth is I will probably continue my binge streak through the weekend... I'm forcing my girlfriends to come over to participate in Bridezillannie's Wedding DIY Sweatshop, and I'm planning to make lots of treats to take the edge off. I hope yours is full of manic DIY'ing, wine and bestie time, too! Happy weekend!View Article
It's been a while since I've posted in the j'adorable things series, so here is a month's worth of happiness! Tony and I are looking forward to a weekend packed with exciting work events (he'll be live Tweeting the Hart of Dixie finale tonight, and keep an eye on Instagram tomorrow!) And, I will be going on my first camping trip as an adult. Stay tuned to hear how that pans out... Have the happiest weekend!View Article
I didn't think there could be a better day than Christmas... But then I heard today is NATIONAL PUPPY DAY!!!!! I don't understand why people don't get this holiday off work, so we can roam the streets saving puppies who need homes and forcing our dogs to snuggle. In my heart of hearts, I am an animal hoarder. Were it not for Tony, I would probably (definitely) have an illegal number of dogs. (We're currently at the legal limit with three.) I want all the puppies. My uncle is a veterinarian and my aunt instilled a passion for pet rescue in me at an early age. My dogs are my children. So, in honor of National Puppy Day, I'm celebrating by sharing these photos of our three puppers and reminiscing about one of the greatest days of my life thus far... The day I adopted Maggie "Fats" Magee while Tony was in Vegas at a bachelor party! (Sorry, Tony. NO REGRETS.)View Article
Tony and I got our engagement photos!!!! Confession: We actually got them a while ago. This summer, to be exact. Our beautiful, wildly talented, sweet sweet friend Robyn Von Swank took them as a favor to us because we love her, and she shot our poster and promo shots for our Groundlings show TONANNIE, and we needed her photos to be a part of our wedding, too. She did gorgeous work, even though she's a famous Hollywood photographer who doesn't shoot weddings, and made me look and feel beautiful. We were so excited, and so in love with the photos. And then we submitted them to Style Me Pretty in hopes of being featured, which has been my dream pretty much since Style Me Pretty was created (I am a true wedding obsessive. Always have been.) And they said no.View Article
It’s been a hectic week packed with work, events and people I love, so my heart is full and I’m looking forward to a rainy weekend catching up on books, work and procrastinating some more on my taxes.
