In the latest installment of the Coffee With Friends series, I am SO EXCITED to introduce you to The Curated Tee and the mamas behind this awesome business: Vanessa Ragland and Mandy Sheffer. I met Vanessa through The Groundlings (she's a current member of the Sunday Company) and in addition to being Mom of the Year (I gave her the award... Congratulations, Vanessa!) and a genius comedian, she and her best friend Mandy recently launched The Curated Tee, a subscription-based company that offers a monthly gender-neutral t-shirt featuring a guest artist's design, along with a digital download of an activity based around that month's artwork. In addition to supporting up-and-coming artists, they also expose kids (ages 1-4) to different forms of art that encourage them to think and play! Subscriptions are a perfect baby shower or children's birthday party gift. I'm not the only fan... Molly Sims recently Instagrammed her love for them!View Article

I'm mixing store-bought almond milk with Matcha Green Tea Powder to create a green tea latte.View Article
I have a serious and real problem where, when I go to the grocery store with a specific list of healthy items, I always end up buying ice cream and overpriced artisanal sodas I don't need, and forgetting at least one ingredient I do need. Plus, when I'm following a recipe, it's rarely possible to buy the exact amount of an ingredient; things are packaged in a way that I always seem to have leftovers, wondering what to do with 2/3 of a carton of buttermilk and 6 cloves of garlic. So, I was super excited when my bestie/bridesmaid Barbara gifted me with a week of Blue Apron, a food delivery service that brings a package to your doorstep containing recipes and the exact amount of ingredients you'll need to cook them.View Article
In an attempt 1) save money 2) be more crafty and Martha Stewart-ish and 3) do the whole “shedding for the wedding” thing (not taking #3 very seriously - I had tacos and a pile of guacamole last night, but I digress) - I decided to DIY our peanut butter… Sea Salt Cashew Almond Butter, specifically.View Article
