In honor of Mother's Day, this month's book club pick is "Mother, Mother" by Koren Zailckas. It's a thriller about an evil, controlling mother who will stop at nothing to preserve her family's "perfect" facade. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY, MOTHER!!!!! You could even give your mother this book, if you're passive aggressive like me and my mother!) (Related fun fact: The author also wrote the book "Smashed," which my mother would say is an ideal pick for Daughter's Day. Which should be a holiday, if you ask me.)View Article
