Sadly, we're not throwing a BBQ this Memorial Day weekend because I'm deep in the trenches of wedding planning and am unable to focus on non-wedding related tasks as simple as taking a shower, much less throwing a party at our house. I have a serious and real problem where, when I go to the grocery store with a specific list of healthy items, I always end up buying ice cream and overpriced artisanal sodas I don't need, and forgetting at least one ingredient I do need. This weekend was all about BABIES, and (as you would imagine), it was pure happiness. Friday night, Tony, our friend Dom and I went to the LA Comedy Fest for a screening of MOTHERHOOD, a short I co-wrote and starred in (Dom directed it, and Tony co-starred). I’d never watched an unbiased audience watch it (only intensely stared as I forced loved ones to view it), so it was beyond exciting to hear people laugh and love it.View Article
